  1. Excellent pump

    I am totally inexperienced with these pumps but need to move 275 gallons twice a day into a water tote from a pond. Power is excellent and I estimate it takes 5 minutes to fill it up. Easy to start and assemble and disassemble.
    Only complaint is the directions were fair at best. I tried calling customer service. Rang for 15 minutes- nothing. Waited an hour and tried again, after 15 minutes, a guy answered and line dropped after 30 seconds.
    A neighbor had experience and helped me.
    Product is excellent but customer service is terrible.
    Suction power is excellent, all needed parts were included so I recommend this pump strongly.

  2. Excellent Gas Powered Pump

    We routinely get flooding in our backyard and this pump saved the day. It is easy to assemble: — mine came with a wheel kit and a handle for pulling it: — easy setup.
    Once I turned on the gas valve, it started on the first pull. I did have some issues getting the coupler onto the suction hose, but I got it on there well enough for my first use.
    I bought a 100 ft discharge hose with the threaded coupler. The discharge hose it comes with is 20 ft long, which was not long enough for my use.
    In operation, this pump is fantastic! You MUST prime the pump before starting the engine. Priming is easy, just follow the directions in the booklet. The quick start guide does not mention priming.
    All in all, this was a worthwhile investment for us.
